Taste (mantle decoration--oops, my hand in the mirror)

    This is the second salt pig I've seen on a blog this afternoon, I'd never heard of one before!

      Hi Jill,
      I had never heard of it either until my in-laws brought me this one from New Zealand over 30 years ago. It had the cutest walnut spoon, but somehow it got lost when we moved from The Netherlands to the US in 2006. Either our packers misplaced it, or I threw it away in the tons of packing paper. :(
