Pecan Pie Muffins
1 1/3 stick salted butter (melted and cooled)
1 cup pecans (chopped fine)
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla
Mix eggs into cooled butter and pour over dry ingredients. Mix and spoon into sprayed liners.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
