Besides pulling weeds and daily watering, I do very little in our raised veggie beds. This week we enjoyed eggplant parmesan with noodles, and tonight ratatouille of squashes and eggplant with mashed potatoes.
Those are gorgeous - you are way ahead of us in terms of produce!

Isn't it pleasant to eat veggies from your own garden? My parents must have got some harvest too, they said they had got big strawberries this year!
