Homemade Greek Yoghurt (revisited)

Yesterday a blog friend was reminding her followers of the benefits of eating yogurt ( yoghurt).

As a homemade yoghurt advocate, I would like to take this opportunity to repeat my tried and try recipe for DIY Greek Yoghurt I published last July.

You can read the original blogposts here, here, and some photos are here.

Hier in Nederland kun je ook wel Griekse yoghurt krijgen en het is lekker.
Het enige nadeel is dat het vetpercentage erg hoog is, maar dat maakt het ook weer lekker en erg voedend!
Ik wens je een mooi weekend!

Liefs, Gerry

Hi Gerry, I have not been able to find a Greek yoghurt in The Netherlands that I like, except Fage. Everything else is "namaak" Greek Yoghurt! Heel Jammer! If you have found real (with live culture) Greek yoghurt, please tell me the name and where you found it. The yoghurt I make has only 2% fat, since I use 2% fat milk. Groetjes, Linda
